Central to the Villa is the spacious Family Room.
The high vaulted ceiling and large 1st floor window makes the most of the Florida sunshine giving this area a very light and airy feel.
The Family room has patio doors that lead off to the pool deck and the open plan layout leading into the kitchen and dining area enables you and your family to interact with ease.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard the Family Room boasts a fantastic entertainment system that includes a large screen 55" HDTV, BlueRay DVD Player and Playstation 3 complete with games, cable television and a selection of DVD's suitable for family viewing.
The high vaulted ceiling and large 1st floor window makes the most of the Florida sunshine giving this area a very light and airy feel.
The Family room has patio doors that lead off to the pool deck and the open plan layout leading into the kitchen and dining area enables you and your family to interact with ease.

The Formal Lounge is situated to one side of the kitchen, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to
still be involved. Sit down and relax on the comfy leather sofa. Read a book or play one of the many board games supplied for your enjoyment. This area is carpeted so
it also makes an ideal place to bring the tots in from the sun for a little bit of a romp.
The fully fitted Kitchen comes fully equipped to a high standard with every convenience we
could think of to make your stay as carefree as possible.
The kitchen comes complete with a large cooker with oven & grill, microwave, dishwasher, granite worktops, double sink with waste disposal, toaster, hob & electric kettles, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and an American style side by side fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser.
There is also a good selection of outdoor plates and glasses for use around the pool area.

whilst relaxing in our fabulous hot tub/spa or pool.

We have a fully equipped Games Room, featuring a large Pool Table, Pac-Man Pinball, Dart Board, Foosball Table, Punch Dummy (complete with boxing
gloves), Tomb Raider slot machine, Playstation 2 with 32" TV and a Foosball Table. There is a wooden train system and a small selection of toys for the younger ones. Great fun to be
had by the whole family.
Even though we have converted the garage into a games room, the villa still has a wide driveway
which can accommodate two vehicles side by side.

There is a Utility Room complete with a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board

The luxurious en-suite bathroom comes complete with separate WC, garden style tub/bath, a huge walk-in Shower, granite top twin vanity units with spot dressing room
lights and a large mirror. Storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet.
Queen Bedroom 1 - The Queen bedroom is located downstairs at the rear of the property. It has a stunning Queen sized bed, Flat Screen
HDTV with cable TV, Ipod docking alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. Ample storage space is provided with a dresser and large built-in closet. There is also access to the
pool deck via patio doors.
Queen Bedroom 2 - The Queen bedroom is located downstairs at the rear of the property. It has a lovely Queen sized bed, Flat Screen
HDTV with cable TV, Ipod docking alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. Ample storage space is provided with a dresser and large built-in closet.
Winnie the Pooh Triple Bedroom - The Triple bedroom is located upstairs at the rear of the property. It has a Winnie the Pooh theme
with a fantastic bunk bed consisting of a full lower and twin upper bunks, TV/DVD combo with cable TV, Playstation 2, Ipod docking alarm clock radio and very large
Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore cuddly toys. Ample storage space is provided with a dresser and large built-in closet. There is also a Twin sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Mickey Mouse Bedroom - This Twin bedroom is located upstairs at the front of the property. It has a Mickey and Minnie theme, ideal
for the Dinsey fans of the party. There are two twin beds, Flat Screen HDTV with cable TV and Ipod docking alarm clock radio. Ample storage space is provided with a
dresser and large built-in closet.
Harry Potter Bedroom - This Twin bedroom is located downstairs at the front of the property. It has a Harry Potter theme, ideal for
the Tweens, Teens and Harry Potter fans of your party. There are two twin beds, Flat Screen HDTV with cable TV, Playstation 3 and Ipod docking alarm clock radio. Ample
storage space is provided with a dresser and built-in closet.
The Villa has three further bathrooms. One downstairs between the two Queen bedrooms. One upstairs between the Triple and Twin bedroom and a further half bath near the
Games room. We have provided hairdryers and assorted styling tools for your convenience.
