Rental Rates stated above are per week for the villa and not per person and are inclusive of florida sales tax of 13%.

Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

A Deposit of 20% of the total rental cost with a completed booking form is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable.

Balance + $400 US / £200 GBP security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days upon satisfactory checkout inspection by our Management company.

Optional Pool heat is $150 US / £100 GBP per week (including tax) to be requested in advance. Pool heat is recommended for October to April.

Spa heating is included in your rental rate.

Payment may be made by personal cheque/check or wire transfer to our bank account. We also accept all major credit card payments via Paypal (a 3.5% service fee will be charged).
