        May 2010            - As per usual, during our latest visit we have made further changes/improvements.

                                * New High capacity Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
                                * New Shower Screen for the downstairs Bathroom.
                                * New display of Disney characters in the main Family Room.
                                * New Bar Stools for the Breakfast Bar.
                                * New Childrens wooden train system for the Games Room.
                                * New and upgraded Pool Furniture.
                                * More new Towels and Linens.

        October 2009      - As always during our latest visit we have completed further changes to the villa.

                                * New Harry Potter Themed Bedroom.
                                * Ceiling Fans in the Queen Bedrooms.
                                * New decoration of the quiet lounge.
                                * New Pool Heater and Pool Blanket.
                                * Repainted the Pool Deck.
                                * More new Towels and Linens.

        May 2009            - During our latest visit we installed even more upgrades to the villa.

                                * New Mickey and Minnie Mouse Themed Bedroom.
                                * Flat Screen TV's in the Mickey Mouse and Sports Themed Bedrooms.
                                * Cable TV now available in all Bedrooms.
                                * More new Towels and Linens.

        November 2008   - During this visit we installed further upgrades to enable additional comfort and
                                   enjoyment during your stay, including:

                                * Flat Screen TV's in the Queen Bedrooms.
                                * Solar Rings for the Pool.
                                * More new Towels and Linens.
                                * Washing line in the Garage.

        July 2008            - During this visit we have installed further updates and more facilities for your
                                    comfort and enjoyment, including:

                                * Ipod Docking facility on the Rock-Ola Jukebox.
                                * Ipod Docking stations in all bedrooms.
                                * Double Sun lounger and Bistro set on the Master Balcony.
                                * Retractable Stair Gate.

        March 2008         - We have now installed a brand new 5 Person Hot Tub/Spa.

        April 2008           - New George Forman Grill complete with Ipod Docking, so you
                                   can enjoy cooking whist listening to your favourite tunes.

        June 2008           - New American style side by side Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker and filtered Water
                                   dispenser.

      January 2008      - We have now completed the first stage (so my wife tells me) of the villa makeover
                                   and have installed many new features, including:

                                * Complete internal redecoration.
                                * 50" Plasma TV with a Playstation 3 games system.
                                * Original Rock-Ola Bubbler juke box.
                                * King and queen suites have all new linens, bedspreads, lighting, etc.
                                * All twin bedrooms have renewed themes. With new bedding, lights and pictures.
                                * A triple bunk bed consisting of a full sized bed with a single (twin) upper.
                                * New furniture for the family and dining rooms.
                                * Full games room with Pool Table, Foosball Table, Dart Board, Punch Dummy and
                                   Tomb Raider slot machine.
                                * Bathrooms have renewed themes.
                                * Free secure high speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
                                * Monitored security and smoke alarm systems.
                                * New cooker and microwave for the kitchen.
                                * Linens, crockery and flatware (cutlery) have been replaced.
